Hi, My little one is 1 year and 2 months old, yesterday night he tumbled upon a iron mesh a got a small scratch from it, it is rusted as well .Should I get him a tetanus shot immediately? Please suggest

A. hello baby is vaccinated for DPT vaccine then no need to give extra dose of thickness at present but if not given DPT vaccine in the early life then TT dose should be given
