it might happen because of sleep on same position for long period , nutritional deficiencies or some other health issue.
please take healthy and nutritious diet.
take protine , calcium rich diet like multigrain food ,nuts , pulses, beans, dairy products etc more
avoid drinking RO water.
try heating pad to get relief in pain.
like Babyhug heating pad.
take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day
