hi my left hand is getting pain....wat may be the reason

A. there are many reasons starting from nerve compression to muscle spasm Further it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate advice in this regard if there is need for investigations also

A. hi it might happen because of sleep on same position for long period , nutritional deficiencies or some other health issue. please take healthy and nutritious diet. take protine , calcium rich diet like multigrain food ,nuts , pulses, beans, dairy products etc more avoid drinking RO water. try heating pad to get relief in pain. like Babyhug heating pad. take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day
