Hi, My kids is having nose block and throat irritation and everytime he sleeps, he is breathing very heavy. l am from Bangalore and the climate has been changing so not sure what medicine to give him.

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. nasal blockage can be relieved by using nasal saline drops like nasoclear saline drops in the nose fgollowed by nasal aspirator to take out the secretions very ggently
steam inhalation can also be helpful in this condition
