Hi my kid only says Amma and aba other than that nothing. Should I be worried

A. hello actually babies different and a milestone on the overall development also some baby speak for some baby should speak slow so no need to worry if a baby is not at all speaking then you have to consult speech therapist up to two years of age you can just try to interact with a baby more and more
