Hi, My kid is getting her downside tooth, without the old teeth got removed.Could you please let me know if the old teeth can go it on its own or do we need to go to doctor.

A. Hi yes consult with your nearest Pediatric dentist for early removal of the milk teeth.. otherwise it will cause malalignment of the erupting permanent teeth.. this happens commonly don't be tensed
