Hi my kid is 2yrs 6 months old. Having cold from past 3days and from yesterday we are giving him phenamin and azithro-200. But from last night he is coughing a lot. These medicines are ok or we need to give some another medicine for coughing and can I give banana to him as he has cold and he is coughing a lot

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 11 m old girl4 years agoA. it may be due to viral .Mild cold and cough is common in this season . So for this steam is a good option that can be given to baby 2 to 3 times in a day at home . For severe cough ascoril LS like medication can be given .
