hi my kid got chicken pox vaccination before two days .from that time he is having cold and cough and small red rashes .how to stop the red small rashes .any cream suggest?

if it is spreading more consult the doctor..
for cold cough give warm compress with ajwain potli on the baby chest back..
give steam inhalation..
use nasal drops as Nasoclear saline drops or nasivion drops..
