Hi,MY IS 3 YEARS 8 MONTH Old .she has a problem of constipation. She takes a healthy diet and drinks plenty of water then again faces the same problem.plz suggest some ayurvedic syrup

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 weeks agoA. it is good to correct her diet. include lots of fiber rich fruits n veggies in her diet and avoid maida based food, biscuits, bakery food. .give her adequate physical play time
