ExpertDr. Garima VermaDentist3 years agoA. these are cavities. please visit a dentist preferably a pedodontist and get it checked. your child might require fillings. do not ignore it as milk teeth are as important as permanent

Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children3 years agoA. maintain good oral hygiene brushing twice is recommended.. you can use Babyhug toothpaste toothpaste and tongue cleaner.. still there visit the doctor.... dentist and follow accordingly..
