Hi my first pregnancy with anterior placenta is Girl child now I'm again have a anterior placenta that means i am again going to birth a baby girl

A. babies gender has nothing to do with position of placenta or any other reason, it totally depends upon father's chromosome.. in details u can grow through Google.

A. The study concluded that while the location of the placenta had “significant relation with fetal gender,” more research is needed. So having an anterior placenta doesn't indicate with certainty that you're having a girl.
