Hi.. my delivery had done on 20 r March 2021 by c-section. Its almost one month ycompleted, so can i use tummy belt to reduce lower abdomen fat

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. yescl definitely you can wear a belt now. try to wear in right size ok. you must try to eat healthy, lots of fruit and stay hydrated. take enough sleep and no stress

Yes u can use the tummy belt for sure but it doesn’t help in reducing down the tummy but avoids sagging of the tummy .. so yes I’ll advice u to start wearing it as it’ll help u better that way .. later when ur fit then u can most certainly go ahead with weight loss
