Q.

hi ..my daughter weight is 7.300 kg and she is 1 year 1 month old....j am worried about her weight gain....I am giving her all kind nutritious food like like vegetables ,multigrain porridge,ghee,egg ,non veg soups..chenna fruits and she is active ...but her weight not improving what to do

A. weight of your baby is in borderline.. Give protein rich diet...as protien is building unit of our body. Like- all pulses, eggs, all milk and milk products, banana, youghrt, beans, chickpeas, tofu, nuts.These foods are important for your baby's growth

A. hi mam ,it is really good. within the range. so please don't take stress for weight of your child. continue with whatever you give to eat but please prefer homemade freshly cooked food items more. maintain good hygiene using Babyhug multipurpose cleaner and sanitizer
