many times it take more efforts from the parents to make the child eat nutritious food.
so kindly go for different recipes and flavours which might improve the the appetite of the child.
At the same time it is also important to meet your doctor to rule out nutritional deficiency which might be the cause of loss of appetite.
Give juice fruits and water which will improve appetite and regular physical activity.

Yes Food chart for a child after the age of 12 months you should be giving everything that you’re preparing at home for yourself because that’s the right food to be given to the child wear and since you’re already saying that your child is very fussy it’s really would not make any difference even if you follow some chat first you have to make sure that your child is interested in eating then anything you give is going to be healthy only
