A. Green Vegetables – Vegetables like drumsticks, pumpkin, etc. will help increase your breast milk production. So, try and consume as much green and leafy veggies as you can during your lactation period.

A. Hello good evening !! You didn't mention baby's age, until 5 completed months exclusive breast milk or formula milk is suggested for babies. For improving breastmilk supply have lactating foods in your diet. Rusk, roasted bread, papaya, chikoo, bottle gourd, garlic in curries, garlic milk, kheema, milk and diary products. Along with above have balanced diet with Fruits and vegetables avoid processed, packed, junk and spicy foods.
