hi my daughter is now 3years11 month past 1 year she I became sick frequently she had cough or fever almost can I give her multivitamins for improving her immune system please sugest became she had very good health but now I am so worried about her health I am always take her doctor but not use for longer periods

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. yes no problem you can give multivitamins to the baby yes you can give all seasonal fruits to the baby and vegetables take all vaccines including optional vaccines for having proper immunity exposed to sunlight for vitamin D essential for the baby
