my baby falls sick very frequently. he get cold , cough and fever every month from last three months. what to do

A. Hello, your baby boy is 25 months old and he is getting coughs and cold very frequently so don’t worry increase his immunity give him citrus fruits and vegetables soup and dry fruits warm milk
