hi, my daughter is having white coating on her tongue and inner part of upper and lower lips from 2 days.. what should be done?

On Tongue that could be sometimes Milk gets accumulated and if it is not cleaned properly it can be because of that but if it is coming on the lips as well then you should get a check maybe it is just you to join us sometimes so what are you do is you can just apply some Boroline and when the lips become soft you can clean it with a soft wet cloth that’s going to help
