Hi my daughter is going to three years old now on 25 Feb Her weight is 14 kg but due to viral she is weak what kind of meal I have to give her

A. For a three year old child 14 KG is a very healthy weight gain and if your child has become little weak child and include the intake of protein for the child because of the medicines and viral probably your child appetite may have gone down so would be helpful
