Q.

Hi My daughter is four and a half months old and since the third month I started shedding hair like anything. It is still continuous. I also tried taking biotin supplements but didn’t help. Need an #expert advice

A. Postpartum hair loss commonly starts at around three months after birth.Oiling improves blood circulation and nourishes the roots, massage once a week with oil that suits your scalp. . Use mild shampoo. Use a comb with widely spaced teeth. Avoid stress. Have Biotin rich food on a daily basis it is found in several foods such as carrots, liver, yeast, bananas, spinach.

A. There is no treatment ...home remedy bhi kaam nahi karega... it's due to hormonal changes... apne aap thik ho jayga...Sabr kariye.. mera bhi same halat hai...🥺

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and it is due to hormonal changes and please massage your hair with almond oil and kalaunji oil and also clean with amla shikakai and reetha. And also add 2-3 amla in your dairy food. Take care
