Hi My daughter is almost 4 years old And she is still poops in her diaper and is very scared of sitting on the toilet seat Please suggest something I am really worried

AmritaMom of a 4 yr 4 m old boy8 months agoA. You can stop putting diaper. Let her poop in her pants. It will be a bit of a trouble for you to clean it, but slowly she will herself start asking to make her sit on a toilet. You can also buy some fun toilet seat appropriate for her age, and use that over your normal commode. She will be excited to sit on the toilet seat. Just have patience and don't force her for this. Give her time to adjust to this change.

You can use a toilet seat on the commode you have to explain it to the child that I am holding you you are never going to fall down trust me till that time I am there nothing will go wrong you have to make your child very comfortable and have to make your child trust you nothing going wrong because kids are actually very scared of falling down from the come and that’s a normal psychology of most of the kids so this is going to help otherwise you can use a commode for potty sheet seat also for your child that also is going to be comfortable if needed to show some video to the child normally we do not encourage screen time but one or two videos you can show to the child to make the child more comfortable
