Would rather recommend that you prefer as much as possible home made food and natural food as much as possible would be good .
you may for weight gain give him soaked dry fruits , fresh fruits such as avacado ,banana, chikku , mango , also milk shakes can be given.
you can also give sago, stuff paranthas , legumes such as rajma , chana , lobia etc
RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl1 Year agoA. I don’t think so it would be a problem because you’re already giving one but since your child is suffering with a particular issue I’m going to advise you to kindly consult your doctor before you go ahead with giving anything like this to your child
