Q.

hi.. my daughter is 5 months 15 days old now.. she missed her ipv and pcv 3rd dose.. is it ok to vaccinate now?

A. pls do now. Vaccines are the most and very important for the baby immunity they are the source of boosting the baby immunity . so take all the vaccines at proper schedule time do not skip or delay any vaccine.

A. Hello To have a clarity on the situation we will have to just once get a check with your paediatrician they only can confirm whether you can go ahead with getting the vaccination done as of now or not is it late or you can still get it done right now

Q. my baby was given 2nd vaccination at government facility where they have not given pcv and ipv as per government schedule, as per government schedule 2 nd and 3rd dose of pcv/ipv will be given in 3rd and 9th month. But due to painful vaccination at government facility for 2nd dose my baby suffered high fever of 102f so now during 3rd month we have given 3rd dose at private hospital painless vaccination. And from now on we would like to continue vaccination at private hospital. But for the missed 2nd dose of PCV/IPV doctor told that DTwP/DTaP+Hib+IPV+HepB are all in one injection that is Hexaxim and IPV is not seperately available in single injection. So doctor suggested that in next month we can give OPV instead of IPV , it will not be a problem and PCV will be given as a separate injection. Please let me know that one dose of OPV can be given instead of IPV?
