Q.
hi my daughter is 4yr old... she has cold followed by cough from past 3days. she also has fever for 2days now she dosen't have fever but today she has passed urine only 2 to 3 times from morning.... I'm so worried and also her cough is getting bit severe..

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. please give cheston syrup to the baby 2.5 ml 3 times a day Cold and cough in small babies are because of viral infections you have to treat them symptomatically with steam inhalation and saline drops in the nose of the baby e they will subside generally in a week's time

You Should give really good amount of fluids to the child due to dehydration in the body your child may not be passing urine properly so give that also add some glucose to eat so that your child gets of energy I am nebulise your child twice a day that is going to help in getting rid of
