Q.

Hi my daughter is 4years old.recently we came to know she have adenoids.how to take care of her in terms of food and nutrition?what to avoid ?she wakes up in middle of night because of breathing problem,she will sit and sleep.she breaths most of time with mouth only.please help me

A. So for this you first need to figure out what is the grade of adenoids is it high grade or its low grade because low can still be manageable with a medication but if it is higher or enlarged adenoids then in that case surgery is going to be quite benefiting for other assistance you should check with your doctor once
