Q.

Hi, My daughter is 4 years 10 months old. She feels like puking every morning. Anything that she has early in the morning even water is thrown out through vomiting. and she falls sick ( cold and cough) very frequently,if she eats banana, Apple and chocolates. I don't understand what to do .. can you advise the best solution

A. ok cdyes you can give all seasonal fruits to the baby and vegetables take all vaccines including optional vaccines for having proper immunity exposed to sunlight for vitamin D essential for the baby
