Q.
my daughter is 4 year and 10 month old. after every 10 to 15 days she start coughing early in the morning. in the day time she is normal but in the morning she usually do cough

here the child will have regular cough and cold which is usually not associated with fever .
it increases and decreases but does not get cured completely.
dr will give anti allergic medicine usually motelukast / levocetirizine. if its still not improving the next line of treatment will be inhaler therapy dwith mdi / nebulizer.
allergy can be environmental (temperature variation -hot to cold weather/ cold water intake / dust / smoke / pollens) , food , chocolate / packet preservatives food and sweet food also.
body cadnnot sustain such allergic changes leading to cough cold usually at evening /night and morning.
