hi... my daughter is 4 years 1 month old. weight 13.8 kg. how much but D3 (1000iu/5 ml )can be given ? or else how much IU she needs daily as she doesn't have enough sun exposure on daily basis.

A. Approximately 5ML you can give to the child one time in the day that’s going to be enough further more you can check with your treating doctor also if there’s anything else that you need to take care of or start with for your child as of now
