Q.
Hi, my daughter is 4 months old, she is both formula and breastfed.. Breast milk supply is low, I'm taking galact granules and when I pump only 30ml milk is collected...what should I do to increase breast milk and how often should I pump and for how long should I take galact granules?

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. continue the granules take adequate water fruit juices and milk for yourself with the proper milk supply to the baby once-daily will be sucking at the breast will be getting the milk

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. hello ypu should try taking lactare tablet which can help to increase the milk secretion and also have fruits and vegetables and green leafy vegetables especially sabakki and fenugreek which can help to increase the milk secretion ... use Babyhug breastpump which can be helpful
