Hi my daughter is 4 month old breastfeeding baby and her weight is 5.300 and birth weight is 2 940 it is OK or need to increase weight. please guide me how I can increase weight

A. Hello good evening !! Baby weight gain rate is good , present weight based upon birth weight also fine don't worry... Until 5 complete months exclusive breast milk or formula milk is suggested for babies. From 6 month onwards start semi solids once a day and rest of the day milk either breastfeed or formula feed. As baby is 4 months old feed exclusive breast milk or formula milk , adequate sleep of 14-17 hours a day..
