hi, my daughter is 35weeks born preterm, had ARD, was given surfactant and was on ventilator. Now she is fine but her skin is too dry. patches of skin become dry n leather like break and peels off in big pieces. some time peeled area is pink n painful. I am applying cetaphil cream n coconut oil. is there any home remedy to cure this skin condition?
