Hi my daughter is 3 yr 9 month old. Since yesterday she has fever and her fever is somewhere 102. We visited doctor and doctor gave us cepodem 100 they said she has throat conjunction. Today morning I gave her antibiotic but her fever is not going down

Try giving a light sponge bath to reduce the intensity of the fever. Maintain a good personal hygiene. If there severe symptoms then consult your child’s doctor for further advice.
