hi doctor my 9 month old daughter is suffering from Fever 102 and after taking medicine she vomit. please precribe some medication

A. it is very important that after vomiting kindly wait for half an hour and then give some water or food and after that only give paracetamol and do not give this medicine empty stomach and you can dilute the medicine in small amount of water which can be given to the child
