my baby was having one eye watery ..when visited doctor yesterday..he checked and told everything was normal ...and has to be worried only when with red eye/swollen/high fever now she is getting 102 fever and is active only I will be visiting doctor tomorrow..but little worried ...please respond me soon

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. the first medicine will always be paracetamol and it is given according to weight and power of paracetamol medicine you are having.
give liquids and easily digestible food and paracetamol should be given only after food.
keep the child in cool environment and avoid using woolen clothes when the child is having fever
armpit temperature of hundred or more is consideredz as fever
to body sponge to decrease the surface temperature and should be carried out for at least 20 minutes with normal temperature water.
higher medicinesx (ibugesic / meftal-p) whether required or not will be told by the doctor.
