A. For improving the quality and density of hair, it is important that you include protein and vitamin rich foods in her diet and keep her well hydrated with water, fresh juices, buttermilk and coconut water. Massage scalp twice a week with mild oils like coconut or olive or almond oil before 30-45 minutes of giving bath and wash off with mild shampoo. Do not keep the oil on hair as it may cause hair to look flaky and itchy.
