After 1 year 9f age, gradually you can start with all the foods you prepare at home ,which are easy to digest ,nutritious, less oily, less spicy.
Keep including seasonal fruits vegetables proteins in the diet on regular basis.
Keep giving few probiotics like curd buttermilk or yogurt. These are rich sources of natural probiotics.

It Maybe growth pain that your child is suffering from the body is becoming big the bones are increasing so a lot of time kids can have all these kind of pain that’s very normal at the group also sometimes that could be due to deficiency of B12 D3 so you should get it checked ones to be more sure about it
