Q.

Hi, My daughter is 2yrs old when ever she wants to eat something she always asks for junk food like chips, biscuits n spicy foods and if we try to give her fruits she cries n she spit the eaten fruits n throw away those fruits. No way I can make her eat fruits. Need advise how to replace junk foods to healthy foods.

A. Hi Parent It's normal as human always crave for such food because of it's ability to provide instant power But please gradually reduce offering her such stuff. Provide her fresh home made probiotics like curd buttermilk lassi etc Don't use RO water Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350 Take sunbath daily
