Q.

Hi! My daughter is 2yrs 3 months old..still eating smashed food (rice also) not chewing swallowing directly..frequent vomitings..early in the morning first feed(breakfast)she starts vomitings..is it normal??how to make her eat solids

A. See first of all you’ll have to make your child to get into this habit of eating everything as the weight is meant to be eaten but if you continue to give mashed food to the child and the habit is not going to change the child is vomiting intentionally because the child doesn’t want to eat it in the same format so you have to teach your child then only things are going to change for good
