Q.

Hi, my daughter is 2 years old and is 12.5 kg. She can chew and eat what she wants to but rest I have to grind and feed her. what should I do? I am worried about her health also, any suggestions?

A. Once you begin introducing table foods, offer one at each meal. Then, slowly increase the variety of foods they are eating as they are managing more foods.Choose food options that will stay on the spoon if the baby turns it upside down–think mashed potatoes and oatmeal.
