Hi,my daughter is 2.5 years old.She constantly sings and repeat everything which is being said but she is doesn't speaks all by herself and only speaks when she wants to.Do i show her to any doctor for this?

if you are child is already speaking and is repeating your words then absolutely there is no need to worry as your child is growing and it is age appropriate.
at this year the child may not have much of the attention span to listen the things so it is difficult for them to listen to you and understand you are things and speak back
