Please take a pediatricians' suggestion before you start any of these foods. As always follow a 3 day test rule. Whole milk or 2% milk.
Cheese or yogurt made with whole milk or 2% milk.
Fried eggs.
Peanut butter.
Cereal with whole milk.
Orange juice.
Trail mix with dried fruit, seeds, and nuts.
