you should ideally start brushing your kid's teeth as soon as the first milk tooth erupts in the oral cavity of your child..
now use small head soft bristles toothbrush along with rice grain size amount of kid's toothpaste twice a day.

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr old girl4 years agoA. If there are teeths sure you can clean. Make sure you use good branded brush and for Toth paste use flouride free toothpaste. That's is safe even if they don't spit. For kds brush there are many different brands in the market today. Just ensure and see what suits your baby and go for it.
