Hi! My daughter is 11 months old. She has redness under her eyes. Is that due to some deficiency?

A. hi dear looks like some kind of allergy.....have you introduced any new food....please consult your paediatrician for proper diagnosis and treatment..as without examining baby nothing can be said or advised on same. happy parenting
