A. meet your doctor to find the weight gain of the child as well as weight and height of the child and if they are within normal limits then no need to worry if they are less then doctor will assess for nutritional deficiency as well as need of supplements zfor your child. give plenty of water and juice extracted from fruits which will help in increasinzg the appetite. you can add ghee and dry fruits to the diet in quantity not causing any digestion problem to the child. go through the firstcry application which will tell you which recipes you can make at home and offer to the child at this age for weight gain

A. Chicken egg and fish all these things can be given to the child as of now just a yellow part can be given original and white only given after the age of 13 months to the child so this is going to be very helpful in increasing the weight gain over the period
