Q.

Hi my daughter has turned 6 months old. I have started giving her one time fruit in puree form and one time dal in soup form and 2 times cerelac. All in small quantity. Is it fine to introduce all these?

A. that's too much for 6 month old.. At 6 months, baby needs one meal only. Start veggies steamed & mashed, porridges or fruits. food should be soft, semi. solid.
