Q.
hi my daughter has fever since night fluctuating be 100-102 and having no other symptoms.... pls suggest... as of now giving crocin after every 6hrs

Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose cand be agafin repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if fever is repeating. and you can also do cold sponging of the body if required

U Continue with it in the same manner and also start doing cold sponging that will help in reducing down the fever if the fever crosses 102 at any point of time then consult your doctor because then it could be due to viral or something but as of now along with medicine cold sponging will definitely help
