Hi My daughter has 4 years old,she asking milk at midnight around 2AM.she is eating not well.breakfast,lunch she eats allmost 1 to 2 hours, please any suggestions how to eating fastly.

A. Hello mom , give her food from your plate as by now they should be used to all usual family foods, also foods from various food groups can be given, avoid force feeding once hungry they will eat well.
