No there is nothing which can help in cleaning it properly. When you baby grows up then you can go for a laser treatment it will help to clean it fast. Till the time we should not worry about it at all. Otherwise you should definitely consult with paediatric dermatologist because Dr can only advise you well after examining baby and continue using babies regular baby products
