hi, my child is 4 years 7 minths, weight only 13.5kg...everything healthy given to him, but immunity might be not as strong.. wat to do, any tonic recommended.. muscle growth is low as well

A. Hello mom healthy balanced diet and natural food source are quite beneficial as well too so seasonal fruits and vegetables , also good protein sources such as dry fruits and nuts also milk , ghee, panner, soya , eggs , variety of dal, non veg sources like chicken and fish
