hi my child is 2 year 1 month old...he is doing black motion since 10 to 15 days

A. he is taking tonoferon syrup 5ml daily along with it he is taking grip water 5ml , 5ml calcimax D , dentonic is this all safe if should I stop some or the other medicine

A. Hello, your baby boy is 25 months old and he is having a black coloured potty since last 15 days so if he is taking iron medicine or get his stool examined
