hi my child is 18 months is having chest congestion and cold and fever. he does want to eat solid food. the only he wants to take is cerelac .. what should I give him to eat ... as he is taking antibiotics he is not having any taste buds

Cough and cold can we because of some allergic reaction in the body most of the time it is viral ihxn the origin need to give symptomatic treatment first like steam irnhalation and some home remedies cough expectorant may be required along with anti allergic medications

Stop giving CERELAC to your child is not a healthy food to be given at this year a child should be eating every thing that’s been traditionally cooked at home because that’s right food to be given to the child apart from that also I would advise you to start giving an iron supplement to the child as of now
